David studied at Sheffield Hallam University and Huddersfield University, before attending Sheffield University. He is a member of APIL and as a Partner in the firm has wide experience in all aspects of Personal Injury Law. |  | Susan Hargreaves – Partner
After studying law at Liverpool Polytechnic, Susan then went on to graduate with an M.PA from Liverpool University, before attending Manchester Polytechnic. Susan is a member of APIL and as such has experience in every aspect of Personal Injury Law. |  | David Small - Consultant
David graduated from UMIST and then completed 2 years Post Graduate research, before undertaking the College of Law exams and graduating from Manchester Metropolitan University. As a former partner of the firm, he is now the firms Consultant on every aspect of our work. |  | Richard Lowery – Associate
Richard has been a Solicitor since 2000 and graduated from Manchester University and Chester College of Law. His experience of personal injury claims is across the whole range of accident types as well as specialising in Industrial Disease claims. |  | Phillip Curran – Solicitor
After graduating from the University of Central Lancashire and Chester College of Law, Phillip began his career with a small firm, but after moving to Mellor Small, now handles a broad spectrum of personal injury claims. |  | Chris Davis – Solicitor
Chris graduated from Salford University, before going on to work for Stockport Council, dealing with slips and trips claims. He then went on to graduate from Chester College of Law. Chris now deals with a wide range of accident claims, and specialises in public liability claims. |  | Nicola Irvine - Solicitor
Nicola qualified as a Solicitor in 2001 after graduating from Nottingham Trent University and Manchester Metropolitan University. She previously worked for another large regional law practice and has experience of many different types of personal injury claims, including occupier liability matters, road accidents and employer liability claims. |  | Greg Turner - Solicitor
Greg graduated from Nottingham Trent University and University of Central Lancashire, qualifying as a solicitor in 2006. Having completed his training and gained experience within a small personal injury firm, he now deals with the whole range of personal injury claims since joining Mellor Small.

After graduating from University College Northampton in 2004, Janine began her Legal Practice Course at Huddersfield University. She studied at Huddersfield for 2 years part time, whilst working for Mellor Small Solicitors as a Legal Assistant. Upon graduating in 2006, Janine has commenced her Training Contract with Mellor Small, with the prospect of qualifying as a Solicitor in 2008. |  | Dave Weaver – Litigation Manager
After 10 years in the insurance industry, Dave was able to apply his experience of road traffic accident claims to personal injury claims. He has been with the firm since 1990 and now specialises in accident claims involving drivers and passengers of all types of vehicles. |
